Union Library Company of Hatborough presents the War Stories Speaker Series - First Hand Accounts of Americans at War. Come and hear the experiences of neighbors who have served their country!

The Union Library's May speaker, Mr. Donald J. Lewis, will share his World War II experiences in the U.S. Army Air Corps B-17 Bomber Crew and his time as a P.O.W.

The Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce presents its first monthly Second Saturday Hatboro, a "Celebration of the Arts" in the Borough's business district bringing a day of free activities and entertainment to the community on the second Saturday of every month. In addition, many business establishments will have special sales ongoing. Hosted by the merchants of Hatboro and the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce, this event is free to the public.

Benjamin Franklin Ben Franklin comes alive under the skillful characterization of actor Dean Bennett as he portrays America's foremost scientist, inventor and statesman.

A veteran of television, film, stage and opera, Dean Bennett has received national acclaim for his in-depth recreation of "Ben Franklin", one of the most remarkable and influential Americans of any generation. He has traveled the world from the White House in Washington, D.C. to Paris, France.

He has performed on stage in "1776", and starred in the Discovery Channel's "The Real Ben Franklin".

Please join The Millbrook Society in this unique event taking place at the Hatboro Baptist Church on the second floor in Fellowship Hall.
