NAME THE HOLIDAY PARADE CONTEST
The 53rd Annual Hatboro Holiday Parade needs a new name, so The Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce is holding a "Name the Hatboro Holiday Parade" Contest. The contest is open to the public. Winner will receive a Movie Gift Basket featuring Regal Cinema Tickets and a Regal Gift Card for snacks and will have the honor of riding in the parade with the Grand Marshall.

FRI., JUNE 21 - HATBORO GARDENERS MARKET OPENS!
Through the efforts of the Hatboro Residents Association, we now have our own local gardeners market! Local gardeners, crafters, bakers, etc. will be offering their wares on the first and third Fridays of the month at Hatboro Baptist Church from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., rain or shine. Fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, eggs, baked goodies, jams, pastured meats, pickles, dog treats, and more!

JUNE 21-22 - VILLAGE PLAYERS PRESENT "FOOLS"
Village Players of Hatboro presents a comedy by Neil Simon. The play is about a man who lands a teaching job in an idyllic Russian Hamlet. Unfortunately, he finds the town has been cursed with chronic stupidity for 200 years and his job is to break the curse. No one tells him that if he stays over 24 hours and fails to break the curse, he too becomes stupid. But, he has fallen in love with a girl so stupid that she has only recently learned how to sit down.

SAT., JUNE 29 - LOCHEL'S CUSTOMER APPRECIATION EVENT
Stop by Lochel's Bakery between 10am-3pm for pure sweetness! You can play the Lochel's Bakery "Spin the Wheel" for fabulous prizes like Drinking Cups, T-Shirts, Gift Certificates, Treats and more! You can Decorate Your Own Cupcake for a $1.00 donation that will go directly to Icing Smiles, Inc., a charity that Lochel's Bakery supports through numerous efforts.

SHOEBOX RECYCLING
The Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Shoe Box Recycling to help others less fortunate. We will be collecting on-going shoes to help those in need. Shoes can be dropped off at the following locations:
---Chamber Office - 120 South York Road (Red Barn Mall), Suite 6
---KP Kitchen Crafts - 222 South York Road
---Heise Accounting - 55 North York Road

Purchase a Brick for "The New Tanner Park"
Elm Street Hatboro, The Hatboro-Horsham Kiwanis Club, in conjunction with the Hatboro Village Players, is constructing a lighted, paved, walkway into Tanner Park to replace the old macadam walkway. Monies raised from the sale of engraved bricks are used for new playground equipment, and to upgrade the entire Tanner Park.
